The metals are now fully exposed to the gains and losses should the customer decide to back out of the agreement and not pay for the order. The transaction may only be offset at Preciousmetalshq.com’s current asking price.  If your item is cancelled, you are responsible for any deficit between the price at which Preciousmetalshq.com sold the item to you and the offsetting purchase price.  As set forth above, all cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy. 

To protect ourselves from the risk of orders being placed and then never being paid for due to market changes, we require a credit card from every customer, regardless of payment method selected, so that we have a way to recoup these losses should the customer not pay for the order. Furthermore and to the extent Preciousmetalshq.com does not have any of your funds in its possession, Preciousmetalshq.com reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to charge market loss fees to any credit card you have on file with Preciousmetalshq.com.

Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that may be available to Preciousmetalshq.com, Preciousmetalshq.com may elect to apply any and all of your funds in its possession to satisfy your monetary obligations and/or may offset any obligations that Preciousmetalshq.com may have to you.  Preciousmetalshq.com also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to apply any/all funds in its possession toward the satisfaction of your obligations to Preciousmetalshq.com.
