To return an item, please email customer service at info@preciousmetalshq.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The customer will be provided instructions upon return authorization, then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Preciousmetalshq.com also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to apply any/all funds in its possession toward the satisfaction of your obligations to Preciousmetalshq.com. *We only charge the difference in spot price from the time of order to the time of cancellation.
